Once the Player script is installed on your site we collect performance data for the campaigns you run. This data is updated every minute.

Please note that we can only collect information for the pages where the Player script is installed.

We track how many impressions your campaigns received, and how many users have subsequently closed it and clicked on an actionable item (a link or a button). The default view shows the data over the last 30 days.

You can view detailed performance data by expanding the campaign view. Simply click on the campaign in the list to expand it.

Here you can view performance for the last 24 hours, last 7 days or last 30 days), or select a custom date range. All data is trailing back from the current time and date. For example, if you're accessing this data on Wednesday, May 3rd at noon, you can view the performance since noon on May 2nd, noon on previous Wednesday or noon on April 3rd.

The Audience tab will give you a detailed view on the users that interacted with your campaign. We report data on the Geographic location of users that have seen your campaign, Time of Engagement (based on your local time), as well as information about the type of device and operating system your users have.
