An active monthly user is a user that shows activity at least once a month. Only unique users are counted toward your limit. Repeat activity from the same user is counted as one.

How many MAUs do you have?

Let's say you have 3,000 registered users, 1,000 of them log in this month and are shown 7 messaging campaigns. You have 1,000 Monthly Active Users.

What about anonymous/logged out users?

Works the same way. We do our best to identify unique visitors to your site by examining a combination of cookies, IP address, device properties and server requests.

What happens when I exceed my MAUs limit?

Everything will keep working. We understand that your usage may fluctuate. If it occasionally exceeds your monthly limits, that's fine. Once we see that your usage consistently goes over your plan limits, we'll reach out to discuss new pricing to accommodate your needs.

Where can I see my current MAUs stats?

We don't report this figure. That's because MAUs number is post processed, based on your monthly averages. We understand that your usage may fluctuate. If it occasionally exceeds your monthly limits, that's fine. Once we see that your usage consistently goes over your plan limits, we'll reach out to let you know.

Can I lock or distribute my MAUs limit among projects?

No, sorry.
